Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for connecting me with almost everyone important in my life. Thank you for all of the business opportunities you've given me. Thank you for the travel opportunities you've given me. Thank you for all of the inspiration and motivation you've given me. Thank you for allowing me to keep up with friends and family. Thank you for giving me free "influencer" shit and thank you for getting me into parties, clubs, and music festivals. Thank you for giving me fans that support me. Thank you for giving me confidence in myself. Thank you for letting me empower others on your platform.
I want to also thank you for showing me some uncool things. Thank you for showing me the fake it till you make its. Thank you for showing me that I was trying to be like them. Thank you for making me realize I only posted when really awesome things were happening. Thank you for making me realize I only kept posting to look and feel cool about myself. Thank you for making me realize that people don't always follow you because they're a fan. Thank you for showing me the snakes who follow me to try to steal, copy, stalk, hate, and follow everyone I tag in anything.
I can't look at another post on the secret to this and that, on fakes news, on the new baby, on some celebrity's newest tattoo, and on someone's facetuned body. No matter how little accounts I follow, I can't seem to escape seeing things that do not benefit me.
I can't go on Instagram without feeling I have to post a story of something cool I did that day. I feel like it's this never-ending show I have to put on to keep "Athena Kavis" fresh on my follower's minds so they'll want to support my business one day or so they'll respond and say how awesome I am.
This challenge I'm placing upon myself is going to force me to focus on offline business and personal relationships and to grow other social media platforms that I've always wanted to scale.
