I had no idea that I could become entirely self-employed at 18

In fact, four years ago when I started my first business, a swimsuit line - I had many side jobs to fund it. I was a dog and house sitter, pizza girl, hostess, ballet teacher, and administrative assistant. Five months into my first business I was able to quit my side jobs. I went into it with no expectations of it scaling quickly and truly didn't believe it ever would. Things changed quickly when I believed in myself and went all in even if I failed. Once the business hit six-figures I was receiving e-commerce consulting requests and knew it was time to pivot to something bigger and better.

AT 19, I LEFT COLLEGE AND MOVED BY MYSELF TO LOS ANGELES

After frequently traveling for influencer photoshoots, I built a network in LA and decided it was the perfect city to kick-off my first marketing agency. I sold my first business right when I arrived and dove into marketing agency life. I worked with a variety of brands from insurance agencies, emergency response specialists, CBD, skincare, restaurants, professional athletes, short-term-rentals, and event planners. I didn't narrow down my services or ideal client and worked with any brand needing marketing. This caused burnout and frequent stress trying to learn a new industry and always creating new packages.
